Google Data Studio is finally available in Austria
The time has come: Google Data Studio in Austria is available. I can hardly wait to create the first reports with it :). As of today (03/08/17) Google Data Studio – the data visualization software – has also been activated free of charge for Austria. The claim of the software “Visualize any data” shows that a lot is possible here.
After a few “roll-out phases”, it was the turn of 180 countries last night, including Austria, Germany and Switzerland.
What can Google Data Studio actually do?
Ultimately, it is a nice (free) drag & drop visualization software on the web. This helps immensely to present the difficult statistics and measured values from Google Analytics, Adwords and Co in a clearer and simpler way.
The main sticking point is that there are a lot of good templates from Google itself, and of course the big players in the online marketing business in the USA have not been idle and have continuously developed good templates since they started there.

The job of data analyst with Google Data Studio?
What a data analyst in online marketing might have had to laboriously put together manually or with extremely expensive software is now easy. Of course, you have to get acquainted with this, but the free software solution tends to save you a lot of work.
And of course, as with all Google products, the price you pay for it is the release of all data to Google.
